I started my career as a textile designer, designing print designs for women's fashion and selling designs to companies like BCBG Max Azria and Marks & Spencer.
After moving back to Cornwall following a position as an in-house designer at a studio in London, I established a contemporary art gallery in Newlyn, Cornwall.
Children followed, the gallery closed so I took the gallery online, building an e-commerce store specialising in Cornish Art with a conscience. I also spent several years working as a Regional Coordinator for an HR Consultancy honing project management skills and training in a wide variety of digital platforms.
A chance to re-kindle my passion for design saw me become a pre-production artist for a newly established film company. My project management skills were also called upon, until eventually, I became Producer and Head of Creative Fun Academy Media Group and the critically acclaimed children's animation Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero IMDb
I also developed skills in social media management and marketing, running social and ads across 3 countries for the company.
My first love is art and design and I still create and sell my own work when I have the time!
Covid put a hold on film sequels and TV series prequels, so I decided to draw on all of my skills and experience and combine them all to create Time Star, and as they say, the rest is history!
